AC Power Supply

I reached out to Customer Service regarding a replacement charger and cable for my EcoXplorer speaker. I've had the speaker less than one year. The representative gave me a link to order. I replied to ensure that it would charge my speaker, and he confirmed that it would. Upon receiving the order, there was no cable. It was only the 5v power supply. I used another cord I found and the speaker will play, but not charge. Therefore, the item I ordered was either not correct or my speaker cannot recharge. I will be returning the power supply adapters and asking for a warranty refund on the speaker.

We lost our charger and power cord to our EOG speaker. We were super sad because we really enjoyed the speaker. I ordered a replacement and it came however all it does is power it, it doesn’t charge it

Just what I needed and fast shipping.

I got the wrong adapter. I have called customer support to rectify the issue.
