As our first Bluetooth speaker, we’ve always had a fondness for the BT and think it’s a pretty amazing speaker. Also during the end of my trip I lost the backing of the speaker where you would plug it in to charge, I wrote the company to see if I could buy a replacement piece. They wrote back within the hour saying they would ship me one for free and 2 days later I received the new backing! This company had great customer service, a great product and I would highly recommend it!”
