I called in about an ecoedge ip67 speaker that is less than a year and a half old. Unfortunately, it is just outside of the warranty period. I have determined tgat it simply needs a battery replacement. I know there is nothing wrong with the electronics, so I inquired about a replacement battery, and was told the only current product that was close to this model was the ecoedge pro. So essentially told a battery replacement was not possible. Judging from the size and shape of the ecoedge pro I purchased, I am certain it is powered by the exact same battery. Needless to say, I am very disappointed that customer service did not go further to srand behind your product, as tjis rendered a piece of equipment that is not damaged, to trash! It is kind of shocking. Ultimately, I was offered a 29 percent discount coupon for a new device, so I took that opportunity to purchase the ecoedge pro. I really have been pleased with the product performace, up to this point, but for a company to say essentially I wasted my money on a product that barely worked for a year and a half, is to not stand behind the product. I am very disappointed with this customer service, and hope your company can work on tjis in the future. This will, most certainly, affect my decision about future purchases of your products.
