EcoBoulder Extreme

Only had it a couple weeks and the battery will not charge. Plus it keeps shutting off when it’s plugged up..plus it’s not a 300w speaker

I teach PE and the sound is loud enough to drown out kids chattering during class. Customer servixe is awesome. Battery is/was an issue....if you overcharge it (past 12 hours) the battery will wear down and will not hold a charge. The newer batteries they are using to replace the old ones should work better. I just installed one of the new batteries. The product is loud. I use it daily, all day long, everyday.

I’ve had this speaker for about a year now and have barely used it. I plug it into the wall using the power cord that comes with it and it works fine. I left it plugged in over night to charge so we can bring it to the beach. I get to the beach and try to turn it on and it won’t turn on. It seems like this is a common problem with this. I’m sure I’m way past the warranty which is convenient for the manufacturer. I’m seeing online I have to replace the batter which is just more money. I can’t believe this thing doesn’t work after a year…

This thing is amazing! Except after one year the battery falls flat on its face. Contacted warranty and they were quick to respond until they noticed I was just past warranty. Then I have gotten zero reply emails to fix my issue. I just want to buy a new internal battery.

This is the second time I've bought one an its did the same thing not understanding why after almost a year it starts to have issues , please fix the issue with the product almost 6 hundred dollars down the drain an can't even use without being plugged in anymore
