Great Speaker

Speaker works wonderful. Customer service is really great. They helped me through everything. I was having issues with so I bought another speaker and it’s a great speaker can’t wait to go camping with it

Battery life

I got this speaker a couple months ago and the sound quality is amazing. The only problem I have experienced is the battery life. When it gets to half it won’t last maybe 20 minutes and dies. And this is with it not turned up loud even though it will get very loud.

Need help…Need a replacement board

The first time I plugged it in and turned it on it started stinking so I unplugged it, pulled the woofer, and smoke started barreling out of the thing. It stunk my whole house up… Upon further inspection the power supply/amplifier board is fried… Best $200 bucks I ever spent. (NOT) Could someone please contact me to resolve this issue??? I would greatly appreciate it…

They fixed the problem and gave me help by help instructions with any questions I had. Also very quick with responses. Would highly recommend

Customer service is non existent

I purchased one of these and used it 2 times before the battery wouldn't charge. The indicator would just go the opposite way and wouldn't charge the battery. Emailed customers service and never heard back. Unit will only work plugged in. Probably a known issues they don't want to address.
