Help! DOES NOT HOLD CHARGE. No more parks, camping, or beaches:(

Hello,

I am a fan of ECOXGEAR and have even had friends purchase your products, but my speaker can no longer keep the party going without being plugged in. Its use is now limited to the house, so no more trips to the park, camping, or the beach. Please help by replacing, providing credit, or repairing the speaker.

Thank you!

Junk

Four pages of reviews and they all suck. I want my money back. I’m going to the Better Business Bureau about it.

Battery will not charge or hold a charge

Just received this new waterproof outdoor speaker as a Father’s Day gift and will not hold a charge, plugged in and continuously charging, but when I unplug it will not play at all. Very disappointed wanted to use it outside today, at a family event.

Battery

Didn’t stay charged long at all before it dies. Let it sit for about a month and now it won’t even charge at all. Has to be plugged in to work.
