Bad battery and worse customer service

Unit is right at a year old, maybe a week shy. Since new it has not held a charge at all, the lights only work on about half of the unit. Reached out to customer service and they refuse to make it right, and even decided to get rude with me. Not only did they decide to not warranty their product, they deleted my previous negative review. Don’t waste your money on this piece of trash.

Battery life and customer service are both garbage

Purchased a speaker in 2023 and had the battery go bad on me. Customer service was average at best, and after a good amount of back and forth they reluctantly agreed to honor my warranty and send a new speaker. That unit has lasted less than a year, and now customer service is not only refusing to honor their warranty, but the agent was downright rude in the emails when I asked for some clarification. 0/10 recommend these speakers due to their horrible lifespan and their garbage customer service.

I am a fan of ECOXGEAR and have even had friends purchase your products, but my speaker can no longer keep the party going without being plugged in. Its use is now limited to the house, so no more trips to the park, camping, or the beach. Please help by replacing, providing credit, or repairing the speaker.
