EcoEdge Pro

Very happy with the speaker but dealing with buying it was ****.
On the splash page there is a pop up offering $10 off if you give your email. I did. But nothing with any code ever showed up. When I called, had to wait about fifteen minutes to talk to an agent, that agent was HORRIBLE. Interrupting me and arguing while I was just trying to explain what I was trying to do.
It worked out fine in the end, I actually got $15 off, but between the website and the rude “customer service” I very nearly didn’t buy it.
Again the speaker is great! Lots of punch for a tiny little box. Great battery life, and very sturdy.
But **** marketing.

The EcoEdge Pro arrived broken. The speaker was all crackly, like there was a bad connection or the speaker was cracked. I called Eco about this, promptly sent in the required information and was told they would ship out a new EcoEdge Pro within 3 business days. They said they would notify me via e-mail when the replacement shipped. It’s been 4 days, and I’ve heard nothing. I will happily revise this review if EcoXGear promptly follows through with their commitments.

Love them. Currently have 4 connected. Gives a surround sound while enjoying our pool. Planning on purchasing another 2 shortly.

it is a great size to take everywhere and really good sound

I called in about an ecoedge ip67 speaker that is less than a year and a half old. Unfortunately, it is just outside of the warranty period. I have determined tgat it simply needs a battery replacement. I know there is nothing wrong with the electronics, so I inquired about a replacement battery, and was told the only current product that was close to this model was the ecoedge pro. So essentially told a battery replacement was not possible. Judging from the size and shape of the ecoedge pro I purchased, I am certain it is powered by the exact same battery. Needless to say, I am very disappointed that customer service did not go further to srand behind your product, as tjis rendered a piece of equipment that is not damaged, to trash! It is kind of shocking. Ultimately, I was offered a 29 percent discount coupon for a new device, so I took that opportunity to purchase the ecoedge pro. I really have been pleased with the product performace, up to this point, but for a company to say essentially I wasted my money on a product that barely worked for a year and a half, is to not stand behind the product. I am very disappointed with this customer service, and hope your company can work on tjis in the future. This will, most certainly, affect my decision about future purchases of your products.
