Bad battery

I have had the boulder max pro for 2 days now, and so far the battery hasn’t lasted more than 10 minutes on a full charge.

Horrible battery coustomer service is no help.

I bought the ecoxgear ecoboulder pro in August of 2024. I've only used it a couple of times and now the battery won't stay charged more than 20 mins. Customer service said they would send a new batter but have proof of purchase. I no longer have the receipt and am now stuck with a plug- in speaker. I've bought cheaper speakers that were better quilty then this. Buyer beware. Battery shouldn't go bad in 4 months.

Need help…Need a replacement board

The first time I plugged it in and turned it on it started stinking so I unplugged it, pulled the woofer, and smoke started barreling out of the thing. It stunk my whole house up… Upon further inspection the power supply/amplifier board is fried… Best $200 bucks I ever spent. (NOT) Could someone please contact me to resolve this issue??? I would greatly appreciate it…

Customer service is non existent

I purchased one of these and used it 2 times before the battery wouldn't charge. The indicator would just go the opposite way and wouldn't charge the battery. Emailed customers service and never heard back. Unit will only work plugged in. Probably a known issues they don't want to address.
