I called in about an ecoedge ip67 speaker that is less than a year and a half old. Unfortunately, it is just outside of the warranty period. I have determined tgat it simply needs a battery replacement. I know there is nothing wrong with the electronics, so I inquired about a replacement battery, and was told the only current product that was close to this model was the ecoedge pro. So essentially told a battery replacement was not possible. Judging from the size and shape of the ecoedge pro I purchased, I am certain it is powered by the exact same battery. Needless to say, I am very disappointed that customer service did not go further to srand behind your product, as tjis rendered a piece of equipment that is not damaged, to trash! It is kind of shocking. Ultimately, I was offered a 29 percent discount coupon for a new device, so I took that opportunity to purchase the ecoedge pro. I really have been pleased with the product performace, up to this point, but for a company to say essentially I wasted my money on a product that barely worked for a year and a half, is to not stand behind the product. I am very disappointed with this customer service, and hope your company can work on tjis in the future. This will, most certainly, affect my decision about future purchases of your products. I bought a soljam on a pre-release because I thought it nailed everything you want from a speaker. Well I don't even know how many years later possibly 10 at this point and I still use it at least once a week if not more. I recommend this thing to anyone that loves being outside and especially around water. Best speaker for the money hands down. It's survived everything I've ever thrown at it for about a decade now and it hasn't skipped a beat

This thing slamsssss. Sounds great. It actually surprised me at the quality of sound. I have a turtle box and tbh this thing beats it hands down. Buying another to link and really jam . In Alaska with it rn out a roadtrip.
It has been through the elements and still sounds great. Still surviving even when the owner of the speaker has not sober and may be a little rough with it, and plays it loud. I am thinking of getting another to pair up to it.
